-The fully-padded footboard can be adjusted to five different vertical positions, while additional versatility is provided through the included pulleys and straps.

-For a complete full-body workout, the reformer also includes removable shoulders, risers, and a jump board and box.

The tower includes

-Built with a foldable stainless steel tower.

-Features 8 double grip springs: 2 yellow short springs (light), 2 yellow long springs (light), 2 green short springs (medium), and 2 green long springs (medium).

-Equipped with a solid beech wood Roll-down bar.

-Includes an anodised aluminum Stretch bar with rubber grip and padded protection.
